من نحن
في جبلة، نحن لا نقدّم القهوة فحسب، بل نصنع تجربة متكاملة تبدأ من جودة المحصول وتنتهي بالأثر الذي نتركه لدى كل ضيف.
بدأت خبرتنا في عالم القهوة المختصة منذ عام 2017، ومن هذه الخبرة والشغف تأسست جبلة للقهوة المختصة – Jebla Coffee Roasters في عام 2019، قبل أن تنطلق أعمالها بشكل رسمي في عام 2021 كمحمصة ومتجر متخصص في تقديم محاصيل القهوة المختارة بعناية.
على مدى السنوات، بنينا خبرتنا من خلال العمل المباشر في مختلف مراحل القهوة؛ بدايةً من اختيار المحاصيل والتوريد، مرورًا بالتحميص وتطوير منحنيات التحميص، ووصولًا إلى طرق التحضير وتقديم المنتج النهائي. كما حرص فريق جبلة على تطوير معرفته باستمرار من خلال التدريب والممارسة والحصول على شهادات معتمدة من جمعية القهوة المختصة – Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
نؤمن بأن المعرفة والخبرة والتجربة العملية هي الأساس الحقيقي لصناعة منتج ثابت وعالي الجودة، وأن كل تفصيلة — مهما كانت صغيرة — تؤثر في التجربة النهائية للقهوة.
ومع نمو جبلة وثقة عملائنا، تطورنا من محمصة ومتجر إلكتروني إلى علامة متخصصة تمتلك فروعها وتجاربها المختلفة في الكويت، مع استمرار الاستثمار في تطوير عمليات التحميص، واختيار المحاصيل، وتجربة العميل.
ويقود جبلة اليوم الشريك المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي محمد جاسم المونس ضمن فريق عمل يجمعه هدف واحد: بناء علامة كويتية متخصصة تستطيع المنافسة بمعايير عالية، من دون أن تفقد هويتها وأصالتها.

About Us
At Jebla, we do more than serve coffee. We create a complete experience that begins with the quality of the coffee we source and ends with the impression we leave on every guest.
Our journey in specialty coffee began in 2017. Built on years of hands-on experience and passion for the industry, Jebla Coffee Roasters was established in 2019 and officially launched its operations in 2021 as a specialty coffee roastery and online store dedicated to carefully selected coffees.
Over the years, we have developed our expertise across the entire coffee journey — from sourcing and selecting green coffee, to roasting and profile development, and ultimately brewing and serving the final cup. Our team continuously develops its knowledge through hands-on experience, professional training, and certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
We believe that knowledge, experience, and continuous improvement are the foundations of consistent quality, and that every detail — no matter how small — plays a role in shaping the final coffee experience.
As Jebla grew and earned the trust of its customers, we evolved from a roastery and online store into a specialty coffee brand with multiple locations and experiences across Kuwait, while continuing to invest in roasting, sourcing, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Today, Jebla is led by Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Jasem Al-Mowannes, alongside a team united by one goal: to build a Kuwaiti specialty coffee brand capable of competing at the highest standards while remaining true to its identity and roots.
